- Responsible to represent the interests of automotive aftermarket Division
- Increase in turnover, profit and market share of automotive aftermarket business development
- Implement business and Marketing strategy (parts, bytes and services)
- Contribute to the development of Bosch Service network in the assigned markets: Algeria, Senegal, French Antilles and Indian Ocean
- Define the automotive aftermarket customer strategy for the assigned countries in alignment with the Regional Director
- Responsible for customer relationship and customer acquisition projects • Introduce new products and extend product ranges
- Set targets and sign bonus agreement with customers at the beginning of each year with a systematic follow-up during the year
- Analyze and determine best possible use of customer potentials and needs (SWOT, KPI’s...)
- Analyse the car park in each country and define a proper offer for each customer
- Identify market needs and define business and Marketing strategy
- Develop and implement marketing plan to achieve the target defined in collaboration with the General Manager
- Manage sales and marketing team of 15 employees (recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees)
- Set qualitative and quantitative sales targets and monitor the business activity
- Keep up to date with recent market and automotive industry trends, competitors...
- Participate in the implementation of the annual Marketing Plan
- Launch new products
- Lead market studies
- Manage relationship with advertising agencies
