• Perform digital ecosystem analysis and come up with adequate digital strategy / social media recommendations for agency digital pitches & also across all exhisitng clients.
• Feed the creative, brand content, digital and planning departments local market digital consumer & target groups insights to fine tune strategies, creative content, and pitch briefs.
• Digital Agency technologist role feeding internal teams the adequate technical solution / technology to respond to specific ad-hoc client projects or internal agency needs.
• Build / send social media monitoring reports on a bi-weekly / monthly basis across multiple clients.
• Research, evaluate and launch internally a best in classs E-Reputation/Social Listening technology, putting in place a ''War Room'' to run a daily monitoring of any digital conversation (Social Media, Website, Forums, Media) using AI and machine learning to understand how people perceive brands/products and what they are saying about them.
• Technically train internal ressources in using the E-Reputation/ Social Listening tool and teach them how to build daily / weekly E-Reputation reports.
• Win two major digital pitches (Samsung Morocco, Eagle Hills Morocco)
