• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent acquired through experience

• A Strong can-do and proactive attitude, which allows you to quickly and efficiently solve arising issues

You have excellent demonstrable organizational skills combined with the ability to convince and ‘get things done’. Dedication, teamwork and flexibility are your primary qualities.
Fluency in French and English are an absolute must and a good command of Arabic is a distinct advantage.

Missions du poste

Ensuring the correct and on-time deliveries to end customers and channel partners within an existing logistics network :

•Delivery coordination and tracking
• License support
•Special Deliveries
• Approval of expedited shipments
• Operational support for Sales & Sales Admin for logistics processes
~ Monitoring the Daily Incident Report
~ Monitoring Hard Copy POD Provision
• Daily supervision of the delivery performance
• First contact for incident management
• Daily supervision of logistics information/reporting performance
• Status Code Analysis
• Interfacing with factories, consolidation centres and forwarders
• Aiming at achieving highest external and internal customer satisfaction
• Supporting new Supply Chain developments
• Checking of Status Code Quality for self payment/invoicing
• Preparation (operations) and Participation in Review Meeting with the Forwarders
• Operational support of the Regional Transportation Manager
• Coordination of the Reverse Logistic process
• Key accounts logistics flows including the operational follow-up.
