Missions du poste

Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager, you’re responsible for :
• The execution of material planning, the management of procured products, aligned with the replenishment plans, with lowest possible costs,
• Act on agreements about data management,
• Reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

For this role, your main responsibilities are :
• Managing material availability and requirements for Made to Stock products, using among others re-order point calculations,
• Daily and/or weekly procurement at suppliers by creating purchase orders,
• Follow up of purchase-orders and stock levels,
• Informs order desk/ SC Manager in case of supply problems,
• Informs and agrees with suppliers about quantities for individual purchase orders
• Watches over lead times of products,
• Supports in solving incidental supply issues,
• Signals incorrect parameters in SAP system.
