Profil demandé

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Marketing/finance Support, preferably in an international business-service environment, with interface with outside suppliers.
• A university degree in Marketing/finance is required.
• Fluency in oral and written English and local language is required, fluency in other languages is desired.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills are required, as well as ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Diplomacy & flexibility
• Ability to work under pressure & manage effectively his/her time
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Strong focus on customer service quality
• Good skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access are needed.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Current eligibility to work in Morocco is required

Western Union, one of the world's leading money transfer companies, has an exciting career opportunity for a Marketing Assistant Pan-Af team.

The position is based in Casablanca & will report to the Marketing Finance Specialist.

Western Union helps businesses and consumers to send and receive money by transferring their funds within minutes among 315 000 locations in 200 countries & territories.

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the Marketing Pan-Af team

Principal accountabilities:

• Be instrumental in the creation of regular business reports (monthly, quarterly, etc)
• Control & monitor the marketing budgets on a regular basis, by country, by region
• Report the budget status and utilization by country and category
• Manage and/or execute individually special, dedicated projects,
• Process the invoices & all relevant marketing administrative documents
• Follow-up on vendors & agents payments
• Implement the finance procedures set by the Marketing Accounting team for EMEA & SA
• Create Reports and monitoring tools for the Marketing teams to be able to track the spends by month, by quarter and by Agent.

Take an active role and lead in the yearly marketing planning process.
