Missions du poste

Our HR generalists provide vital all-round support to an assigned business entity by using their specialist skills to deliver customer focused HR programs, services and consultancy that will improve business and operational performance.

With access to specialists in every HR discipline, you'll provide a comprehensive range of support including benefits, compensation, diversity, education, staffing & relocation, delivering efficient, effective core services based on integrated end-to-end processes. You will be responsible for providing qualitative information for effectively managing the HR priorities and supports the overall HR controlling. The focus areas are:

• HR Dashboard
• Headcount Reporting based on Business need
• Cost of the Workforce support
• Quarterly Business Review support
• Workforce Management reporting
HR Controlling
• Support Program Management in identifying and measuring Key Performance Indicators
Operational Excellence
• Manage Knowledge Centres
• Support the HR communication framework
Hiring Approval process
• Monthly review cycle with MEMA TSG Management
• Hiring requisition reporting and ageing reporting
• Entry of MEMA and EMEA Management feedback in recruitment system
