Bachelors degree. Major in Management or Human Resources Management, certified on special training skills.

- 6+ years previous experience in a HR Training Specialist role including 3 years in team management

- Project management experience strongly appreciated

Missions du poste

Reporting to the Head of EMEA Learning & Development, with “dotted line” to the Site HR manager, you will own the whole development framework for the Moroccan site and for all types of training: process, skills, knowledge and behaviour. This framework should provide learning solutions that drive employee and organisational effectiveness and the ability to maximise customer and employee satisfaction, whilst optimizing training cost for the subsidiary.

You will then make sure of the implementation and the follow-up of the development of Dell employees: validation of the training material and methodologies, plan and follow up the training session, validate the actual development of the trained resources, evaluation and follow up of the framework budget.

As a key contact with other EMEA training functions, we will need to work in collaboration with the European teams to deliver global and regional solutions, as well as to ensure that all parties can leverage design and content to minimise duplication and maximise effectiveness.

You will need to work with limited supervision and will be expected to lead the way in the area of employee and organizational effectiveness across the local site. This role is complex due to the high number of stakeholders and people involved in the development plans.

The role will require limited travel within EMEA and Americas.
