Business Transformation Manager (Casablanca) à Casablanca, Morocco

Profil demandé

University graduate, business Management or Administration will be an added value.
Minimum 4 years of experience in at least two Key Functional Areas (Commercial, Industrial, Supply Chain), with budget responsibility and proven successful results.

- Languages: French and English fluent spoken and perfect writing is a must.
- IT: Advanced user in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. 

Senior profile. Recommended industry, geographical and Coca-Cola system knowledge.

Missions du poste

In Coordination with the rest of the Equatorial Coca Cola Bottling company (ECCBC) Team, you will be responsible of the Transformation Projects (Strategic and Transversal) .

In coordination with the Change Management Leader, you will be in charge of the definition and the implementation of the Change and Management Strategy inside the organization.

Driving fast adoption of changes and minimizing resistance, increasing value creation.
To be the ECCBC Transformation Ambassador inside NABC.

  • Assist on the creation of a Transformation roadmap, aligned with the business strategy.
  • Incorporate and align all other business transformation initiatives (plans, milestones, deliverables, Resources and most importantly the interdependencies and conflicting interests).
  • To be coordinated and aligned with the rest of Functional Directors of NABC, specially: Industrial, Supply Chain & Procurement, Commercial and HR.
  • Manage effectively the Internal Communication related to the BTO Projects inside NABC and in coordination with HR, with the objective to use it as leverage for the Change Management.
  • Train NABC project team members on change management tools.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the designed processes meet all Local Business requirements.
  • Identify, mobilize and manage the necessary Resources to ensure an effective development of
  • the projects under his management and of the tasks of other projects where he has to interact.
  • Manage the Budget of the projects under his / her responsibility, delivering the results on-time and with the right quality. Monitoring continuously the Projects KPIs.
  • Manage the external suppliers (consultants), in case that external resources are contracted for a project.
  • Work closely with other functions, improving performance and efficiency, reconciling the interests of internal customers with internal supplier and eliminating points of conflict.
