Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Procurement or Supply Chain,you prove a significative experience of 3 years minimum in the field of project procurement.

You have the ability to :
  • work independently with minimal supervision.
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • work in a team environment
  • work professionally with both internal and external customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient knowledge of computer systems MS Office, Word and Excel, databases, and programs

Experience in SAP is preferred

Missions du poste

Your main Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Responsible of all procurement activities from Tender to Project
  • Support the sales team for getting quotations during the proposal phase
  • Work with Project Manager and Commodity Managers to determine best procurement strategies for the Project
  • Develop the Project Procurement Plan together with the Project Manager
  • Prepare / issue all RFQs for the project, review suppliers’ quotations for awarding decision
  • Conduct negotiations for all purchasing terms and conditions with suppliers and prepare Purchase orders / Contracts
  • Coordinate and report all Procurement’s project expediting activities
  • Coordinate and follow-up claims with suppliers
  • Prepare, update and distribute the procurement dashboard for the project
  • Prepare, update and distribute reporting of cost savings breakdown for the project
  • Contribute to the overall project targets achievement in terms of Cost, Quality and deadlines
  • Develop and properly maintain all files, documents, and records to support all regulatory audit criteria.
