• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field is required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook
• An excellent level in French/English (Written-Spoken).

Missions du poste

Within a dynamic team, your main missions will be to:

• Use Microsoft Outlook on a daily basis to develop and coordinate timely interview schedules.
• Communicate with the candidate in order to schedule the meeting with the appropriate Recruitment Relationship Manager.
• Send meeting requests to the manager via Microsoft Outlook specifying the meeting room and adding the skype meeting in the case of a conference call.
• Monitor the interviews in the tracker
• Email the candidates resume and other necessary documentation and interview schedule to the interview team and candidate
