2+ years of multi-department administrative experience & prior experience in the construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore experience a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced work environment, working independently much of the time.

Covered Contracting LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager who is experienced with the construction industry, computer programs, and basic project management and estimating processes.
Tracks project cost expenditures and administering subcontractor contracts. Maintains project database for RFI, testing, CO and related logs.Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.Develops project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans, consulting with management. Budget tracking, report documentation and management, general administrative duties. Maintains company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
