Sitel Group is recruiting for its Rabat-based site English-speaking customer advisors for inbound calls

Required profil:

  • A good level of English language (both spoken and written);
  • Listening and service skills;
  • A good knowledge of computers;
  • Assiduous, involved, punctual.

Missions du poste

In this context, you will be in charge of :

  • Answering customer calls;
  • Listen and diagnose their needs in order to provide them with the appropriate solution;
  • Apply the defined processes and master the use of the tools;
  • Feed back any information allowing to identify a dysfunction or to improve a procedure;
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the service;
  • Ensure that the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management are met.
