A good level of L'afrikaans which is a Germanic language derived from Dutch (both spoken and written);
- Listening and service skills;
- A good knowledge of computers;
- Assiduous, involved, punctual.
In this context, you will be in charge of :
- Answering customer calls;
- Listen and diagnose their needs in order to provide them with the appropriate solution;
- Apply the defined processes and master the use of the tools;
- Feed back any information allowing to identify a dysfunction or to improve a procedure;
- Contribute to the smooth running of the service;
- Ensure that the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management are met.
