Our multinational company is recruiting Bilingual ENGLISH-FRENCH customer service representatives for a major North American telecommunications service provider.

As part of a young and dynamic team, your mission will be to
- Advise and recommend to customers the packages and plans that best suit their interests;
- Answer to customers questions and requests regarding services and products as well as their functionalities;
- Manage billing: Process customer requests, manage disputes and invoice adjustments;
- Ensure the management of customer accounts

 

Required profile :

- Very good time flexibility to work 44 hours per week on a rotating basis;
- 24 hours availability
- Excellent language skills in English and French
- A first experience in the field of call centers is highly desirable;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent commercial skills;
- A very good elocution;
